Shipping, returns, license and privacy.

Shipping and delivery

Every print is produced to order. Card orders placed on this site ship within 10 business days of payment; quoted orders ship on the schedule agreed in the quote, usually within two weeks of approval, with rollouts delivered in waves per location.

• Card checkout is available for one to four sets of a single bundle, shipping to US addresses at a flat rate shown at checkout. Standard delivery takes 5 to 10 business days once the parcel ships, and you receive a tracking link the day it leaves.
• Quoted orders include delivery in the quote, so there is nothing extra to pay at the door. Deliveries outside the United States, staged deliveries and framed sets are always priced by quote.
• Prints ship unframed and frame-ready at the standard 16×20 inch size, in the 4:5 ratio that off-the-shelf frames fit. Larger sizes are available on quote only and ship on the quoted schedule.

Returns, damage and reprints

• Damaged or misprinted on arrival. Email a photo of the print and the packaging within 14 days of delivery and we reprint and reship the affected prints at no cost. You do not need to send anything back.
• Changed your mind. Unused sets in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the set price. Email us first and we send the return address. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and a set that comes back damaged is refunded at our discretion. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the set reaching us.
• Reprints later on. Any print from a bundle you have bought can be reordered on its own, at any time, for a new location or to replace one damaged in a move. Email us with the bundle name and print name.
• Custom curated sets and framed orders are made specifically for you and are not returnable unless damaged or misprinted.

Commercial display license

Every bundle includes a commercial display license, and a signed license certificate is emailed with each order so it can be filed with a landlord, brand-standards team or auditor. In summary, the license:

• Grants the buyer a non-exclusive, perpetual right to display the purchased physical prints in premises the buyer owns, leases or operates: hotels, restaurants, offices, clinics, retail and similar business spaces, including guest rooms and other areas open to the public.
• Allows the interior to be photographed and filmed for the buyer's own marketing, listings and press, with the prints visible.
• Does not allow reproducing the artwork in any form, reselling or licensing it, using it as a logo or on merchandise, or publishing the images on their own, in print or digitally.
• Keeps copyright and all other rights with DecoSwift. Prints may be moved between the buyer's locations and may be sold together with the business or premises they hang in.

The certificate is the binding document and takes precedence over this summary.

Privacy

• Quote requests and trade applications. We store the name, company, email address and notes you submit, in a private log on our own server, and use them only to reply and to prepare your quote. They are never sold or shared for marketing.
• Payments. Card checkout is processed by Stripe on Stripe's own pages. We never see or store card numbers; we receive the order details and the shipping address needed to fulfil it. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the payment itself.
• Analytics. The site measures traffic with a first-party, cookieless counter that stores no IP addresses and no persistent identifiers. It records which pages and bundles are viewed and whether an order was started, using a random per-tab session id and a daily-rotating anonymous hash. There are no advertising trackers on this site. It also honors the Global Privacy Control browser signal.
• Your order in the browser. The bundles you add to an order are kept in your own browser's storage so they are still there when you come back. They are not sent to us until you request a quote or check out.
• Partner links. If you arrive through a partner's link, your browser keeps that partner's code for 60 days so they can be credited if your business orders. Only the code is stored, nothing about you. Partners who sign up give us their name, email and payout details, used only to run the partner program.
• Your rights. Email us to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you. We answer within a few business days.
