Hotels and boutique hospitality

One art standard for every guest room, corridor and landing.

Hotels buy art by the hundred, and the usual result is one of two things: a procurement catalog of beige abstracts, or a boutique budget spent on three lobby pieces while the guest rooms get mirrors. Guests notice the rooms far more than the lobby.

DecoSwift bundles give a property one visual language that scales. Five prints per set at one standard 16×20 frame size so a single framing contract covers the building, a placement guide per set, and a license written for hospitality: guest rooms, corridors, dining floors and event spaces owned or leased by the buyer.

Bundles that fit hotels and boutique hospitality

The Gilded Hour print in a gilt frame with a wide mat above a green sofa on a hotel landing with tiled walls.

Meridian from $179 per set

Quiet sun-and-horizon line work in ink and gold: calm in a bedroom, elegant on a landing, neutral enough for any room scheme.

Three Ribbon Weave prints in oak frames above a corduroy sofa in a warm lamp-lit lounge.

Ribbon Weave from $189 per set

Layered bands in navy, clay and ochre warm up lobbies and corridors without competing with wayfinding.

Every bundle: five original 16×20 inch prints (4:5), a placement guide and a commercial display license; larger sizes on quote. One to four sets by card, five or more at 15% off by quote.

Where the prints go

Guest rooms

A pair of 16×20 prints above the headboard, or one above the desk. Rotate the five prints of a bundle across rooms so a repeat guest sees a different piece.

Corridors and landings

A 16×20 at each lift lobby and at the end of each corridor gives wayfinding a rhythm.

Lobby and reception

The one place to go big: a row of three or five 16×20 prints behind the desk, or a larger size on quote.

Breakfast room and bar

Warm bundles for morning rooms, darker pieces where the bar lights go down at night.

Sizing for hotels and boutique hospitality

Guest rooms take a pair of 16×20 above a queen or king headboard and a single above desks and in bathrooms. Corridors and landings use singles. Lobbies take a row of three or five, or a larger size on quote. Hang the centre of each print at 57 to 60 inches, or 8 to 12 inches above a headboard.

Questions from hotels and boutique hospitality

How is a 40-room property priced?

Rollouts of ten or more sets are priced per project with staged deliveries, which the trade program handles. Five to nine sets take 15% off list automatically. Mixed bundles across the property all count toward the volume tier.

Can you supply the same set years later for refurbishments?

Yes. Reorder any bundle or any single print from a past order, so a damaged piece or a refurbished floor matches the rest of the building.

Does the license cover rooms we rent to guests?

Yes. The commercial display license covers guest rooms, corridors, public areas and event spaces in properties the buyer owns or leases, with paperwork you can hand to an auditor or brand standards team.

Can we see the prints before committing a whole property?

Order a single set by card, hang it in a model room, then roll out. Trade accounts can also order sample sets at trade price, credited against the project order.
