Short-term rentals and vacation homes

One bundle per unit, and every listing photo looks finished.

Listing photos win bookings, and bare walls lose them. Hosts with several units face the same problem as hotels on a smaller budget: art has to be good, consistent across units, quick to hang on turnover day and cheap to replace when a guest's suitcase catches a frame.

A DecoSwift bundle dresses one unit: five prints across the living room, bedrooms and hallway, at the 16×20 size that standard frames fit, with a placement guide you can hand to a cleaner. The commercial display license covers rental properties, which personal-use prints do not.

Where the prints go

Living room

A pair of 16×20 prints above the sofa, centred, the pieces that lead the listing gallery.

Bedrooms

A 16×20 above each headboard; use different prints from the set so each bedroom photo looks distinct.

Hallway and entry

One 16×20 where guests drop their bags.

Kitchen or dining

A 16×20 beside the table, away from the hob.

Sizing for short-term rentals and vacation homes

Rental rooms are domestic in scale: a pair of 16×20 above sofas and queen beds, singles elsewhere. Centre at 57 to 60 inches, or 8 inches above a headboard. Use security hangers in high-turnover units so frames stay level between cleans.

Questions from short-term rentals and vacation homes

Do I need a commercial license for a rental?

Art displayed in a property you rent to paying guests is commercial display. DecoSwift bundles include that license for properties the buyer owns or leases, so there is no grey area with the artist or a platform.

How do I keep six units consistent?

Order one bundle per unit, or the same bundle for all six, and keep the placement guide with the house manual. Reorder a single print whenever one is damaged.

Can I pay by card for a few units?

Yes. One to four sets of a bundle can be bought by card and ship within ten business days to US addresses. Five or more go through a quote with 15% off.

What frames should I buy?

Any standard 16×20 frame with glass or acrylic. The prints are the common 4:5 ratio, so budget frames from a big-box store fit. Larger sizes, on quote, use the same ratio.
